Studio Hire Terms & Conditions By booking and using the studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Permitted Use The studio is available for: Private practice Study Rehearsal Personal creative use Teaching, public classes, workshops, or large commercial productions are not permitted unless agreed in writing beforehand. Photography and video recording are permitted within the space, provided the studio is credited where appropriate. 2. Booking & Session Length Studio hire is available as: 1-hour sessions — £30 4-hour session block — £100 Multiple back-to-back 1-hour sessions may be booked subject to availability. Your booking time includes setup and pack-down. Please ensure the room is vacated promptly at the end of your session. 3. Studio Access Studio access is managed manually via keycard entry. A member of the team — either Joe or Louisa — will meet you before and after your session to provide access to the room. Please arrive on time for your booking. 4. Toilet Access Due to building access arrangements, toilet facilities are available before and after your session only. 5. Facilities The studio includes: Free Wi-Fi access Tea and coffee facilities Sofa and seating area Please treat all facilities respectfully and leave them clean and tidy after use. 6. Respect for the Space Please leave the studio exactly as you found it. Users must: Return furniture and equipment to original positions Dispose of rubbish responsibly Clean up spills immediately Treat the space, mirrors, furniture, and equipment with care Any damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 7. Furniture & Lounge Area The sofa and seating area may be used during your booking. Please use furniture respectfully and avoid standing on or damaging upholstered items. 8. Safety & Monitoring For safety and security purposes, CCTV/camera monitoring is in operation within the studio. By using the space, you acknowledge and consent to recording during your booking period. Footage is stored securely and used only where necessary for safety, security, or incident investigation purposes. 9. Noise & Behaviour Please be considerate of neighbouring spaces and building users at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in the session being ended without refund. 10. Liability All users attend and use the studio at their own risk.
